The Acorn doesn't fall far from the tree!

Meagan Kelly interviews Anita Moncrief about corruption in Acorn.

Then remember this?

The sad thing is that the average person probably can't even wrap there mind around just how corrupt the government is and we all know it's not just limited to Acorn. Thank goodness for the few brave souls that are willing to stand up and expose these things.

Heads Up Card Holders!

Credit cards -- seems they are a necessary evil, but if I didn't have to have one, I wouldn't. Anyway, here is some information I would like to share with all just in case you are not already aware of what most of the major credit card companies are doing.

1. Most of you will get a notice from the credit card company - it may be one of those little sheets they conveniently tuck into your monthly statement that many of us don't bother to read. The one I got started out "Because of these difficult economic times, we find it necessary to raise the interest rate on your credit card." Excuse me!!! Because of the difficult economic times, they are going to raise rates????!!!! Makes a lot of sense! If you don't want to pay the higher interest rate, you have to notify them in writing by a certain date that you do not agree and you want your account closed. If, however, you use your card after that date, it will be the same as if you never notified them. Of course, you can call them and threaten to move your balance elsewhere. Maybe they will think your business is important enough to keep, but be prepared that they may not care and basically tell you tough stuff!

2. Some credit card companies are now going to charge an additional service fee every month if you have carried a large balance for an extended period of time. Of course, they will decide what the additional fee, large balance and extended period of time are.

3. Some credit card companies will now start charging interest from the day the charge is posted to your account, rather than giving you the 25 day grace period for which no interest was charged.

4. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR STATEMENT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT because several credit card companies will be changing your due date without notifying you first. If you miss your new due date, you will be charged a late fee, AND MORE THAN LIKELY, BE PUT INTO A HIGHER INTEREST RATE (UP TO 32.99% IN SOME CASES)!

5. CHECK YOUR CREDIT LIMIT! Some credit card companies are lowering limits without informing you first. In some cases, the new limits will be very near what your balance is. If you go over your limit, you will be charged "An Over the Limit Fee", plus again, more than likely be put into a higher interest rate!

They are sooooo sneaky and evil! The banks want us (the taxpayers) to bail them out of their problems, but then what do they turn around and do to us???!!! If Obamanation wants to "help the people", he needs to put a rein on these outrageous credit card charges!

I'm still in shock...

Somebody pinch me! Was this really on CNBC?

Rick Santelli says he wants to organize a "Tea Party" in Chicago in July! Mr. Santelli starts a rant with "The government is promoting bad behavior." It goes on from there and you can watch it here.

Thank you Mr. Santelli. I feel Americans are voicing their opinions to deaf ears! I wonder how far the Obama Administration thinks that it can cram Shitulus and bailouts down our throats before the American public comes unglued!

There were several protests this week and none of them made the MSM news! Our Founding Fathers in there wisdom gave us free press and the 2nd amendmant to make sure that our government was kept in check to protect us from tyranny! Mr. Santelli ends his report with "What we are are doing in this country are making them (our Founding Fathers) role over in there grave. "

The more I read comments around the web I know that I'm not alone. People are POed! The paid Obama bloggers are on the unemployment roles and now the real public opinions are coming forward. If you don't believe me go to Yahoo and click on a news story about Obama and this stimulus then click buzz. This will take you to a whole list of comments from the "Average Joe" and they aren't pleasant, maybe the White House should be reading them as well. You can only blame so many things on the "last eight years" and if you aren't man enough do the job without blaming other people, you shouldn't have appplied for it.

Any good man knows...

that when he breaks a promise trust is lost. To be honest I didn't have much trust in this guy to begin with but like an arranged marriage I have no choice but to put up with it. Honestly though when thrown into something it could go either way. He could dazzle you or he could show himself to be a total jerk.

I will be totally amazed if the Obama Stimulus Bill makes anything better and if it does I will be the first to admit it but in the meantime I, like so many other Americans, am twisted up about the whole deal.

Let's also not forget this great promise from "Presidential Candidate" Obama, about transparency, that just flew out the window not even thirty days into office. If he was someone I had just started dating I think this would have been what Dr. Phil calls a "deal breaker".
