Obama Cares About Protesters?

I can't express in words how much I greatly admire those Iranians out risking their lives for their beliefs. It's amazing to watch such brave souls in action.

I'm so thankful for the protests that we are able to have here without fear for our lives.

At the same time though as I watched Mr. Obama speak today and weakly condemn the actions of the government against it's own people. It made me think of us here at home.

While we are worlds apart and like I said, we are not risking our lives, we have proof that our President doesn't take us seriously. I feel it's unbecoming of the Office of The President of The United States of America to call down his own citizens, as you can see Obama do in the video below.

If you believe in the following principles please join other Americans for America's Tea Party.

Principles

These are our core principles. Regardless of what party affiliation you do (or don’t) have, if you agree with these principles, please join with us.

What we stand for:

  1. Limited Government – As our Founding Fathers recognized, restraint of government is necessary to protect the liberties of the people.
  2. Fiscal Responsibility – Government at all levels must learn to live within its means. To saddle future generations with the crushing burden of our excess spending is unconscionable.
  3. Personal Responsibility – Liberty is unsustainable without responsibility. Each citizen must take responsibility for the consequences of his or her own actions while respecting the rights and dignity of others.
  4. The Rule of Law – Consistent, independent and uniform application of the law is critical to a free and prosperous society.
  5. National Sovereignty – We must maintain a strong national defense, effective security for our borders, and sole control over our land and our laws.

What we won’t stand for:

  • Personal Attacks – We’re debating positions and policies, not demonizing people or groups.
  • Unfounded Rumors – The easily verifiable facts are bad enough. Don’t weaken our position by stretching the truth.
  • Huffington Post @ The White House

Congratulations to the Huffington Post, you are now officially part of the state run media. Huffington is now right up there with the Obama Broadcasting Company formely known as ABC News.

Obama let in a Huffington Post blogger for the press conference today to ask a question from an Iranian.

I guess if you are a blogger for a leftist website then you've got an in. All this while he belittled a reporter from McClatchy for asking a "cute" question when the reporter questioned him on signing the new FDA tobacco regulations.

The thing you may not realize Mr. Obama is that not everyone thinks like those at The Huffington Post and we Americans can see your favoritism. Frankly sir, you come off as nothing short of juvenile.
